The Culligan Privilege Program is our way of making sure that you always have the best water possible for your family. When you sign up for the Culligan Privilege Program, you'll never have to worry about cleaning, servicing or maintaining your water system. Instead, your local Culligan Water Expert will be there to keep it running in top condition with regular and reliable service.

With flexible payment options, all with no extra costs or hidden fees, it's never been easier to enjoy water the way it's meant to be: clean, safe, and natural.

How it works?

The Platinum Care Plan covers the following:

• Salt Delivery: We will annually deliver salt, to help maintain the level in your softener according to the demand of your household. To a maximum of 12 bags a year.
• Maintenance: Any maintenance or service required on the water softener is covered annually a certified Culligan service technician will inspect the unit.
• Labour: As part of the annual visit, all labor charges to work on the equipment are covered provided they occur during regular business hours, as long you remain on the plan. Additional service calls are available at a discounted rate (15% off)

The Platinum Care Plan covers the following:

• An annual check up and filter change performed by a certified Culligan Service technician.
• Prefilters replaced annually.
• Post filter and membrane replaced as needed.
• Platinum RO care covers all parts and components of the drinking water system.
• Any and all labor charges to perform maintenance on the drinking water system is covered during regular business hours.
• You must remain on the Platinum care in order to benefit from the services listed above.
