Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you sell residential water treatment, and related products to customers’ homes and businesses. You enjoy a healthy entrepreneurial spirit, developing, and operating an assigned territory that works like your own business. You are an independent worker that is responsible for all aspects of the sales process from Lead generation to new customer sales, to follow up maintenance, and referral generation.

Customers describe you as extremely friendly, polite, and confident. Your performance is enhanced by your ability to provide consistent, reliable information to customers in a manner that engenders trust and builds task tension.

You maintain a professional image, and have business savvy. You are very comfortable talking to customers in their homes, or at product exhibit booths. You have a thirst for knowledge, and enjoy helping people learn. You enjoy working in a flexible, challenging environment. You thrive on achievement, and look forward to building, and maintaining a loyal clientele.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you are well organized, contacting customers in order to book product demonstration appointments. You work well with a blend of promotional programming drives, and self generated sales leads. You are a motivated self-starter that appreciates a wage that reflects your hard work, and success. You look forward to exchanging ideas with the sales team in order to help grow the business. You enjoy the support of a coaching manager that will provide assistance as well as direction. You are open to continuous training drives in order to gain in depth understanding of our products and our story.

Position Requirements;

q Valid Class 5 license
q Reliable vehicle
q High school graduate
q Simple arithmetic ability
q Strong written and oral communication skills

II. Warehouse / Bottling

This is more than just a warehouse job… you are a part of a team of employees that produce the best purified bottled water in the province! In the production plant you are instrumental in ensuring quality in our bottling process. You enjoy working as part of a team in both supervised, and unsupervised environments. You are physically capable of repetitive lifts of up to 45 lbs working in a fast paced environment. You are eager to either learn or exhibit proficiency in operating counterbalance forklifts. Also you are willing and able to provide friendly carry out service to customers.

Co-workers and Supervisors describe you as friendly, polite, and eager to do “whatever it takes” to get the job done right. Your performance is enhanced by your ability to provide consistent quality results, while having some fun. You are able to move seamlessly within a number of work assignments. You are mechanically inclined with an eye for detail.

You are physically capable of repetitively lifting five-gallon bottles of water weighing 45 lbs over your head. You are capable at arithmetic reasoning, and reading verbal instruction. You are willing and able to complete general warehouse activities including sanitation duties.

Reporting to the plant supervisor. You are well organized, moving from bottling assignments to cleaning water equipment, to loading and unloading delivery trucks. You are a motivated self-starter that takes pride in your ability to be a key member of a strong team.
